Hi! I’m Rosa Morales, the founder of Touch of Rose Esthetics. I created Touch of Rose Esthetics to inspire people that you can be your best self, inside & out, through self-love and your surrounding environment. What I love most about this industry is getting to meet new people and building beautiful relationships. I love to be my client’s safe space offering a no judgement and loving atmosphere. For me, this is more than just an everyday job– I have the privilege of helping enhance your beauty.
CANCELLATION POLICY
At Touch of Rose Esthetics, we value your time and ours. To provide the best service to all clients and maintain an efficient schedule, we kindly ask that you respect our cancellation policy. Cancellations & Rescheduling: • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. • No-shows will be charged 50% of the service price. • Deposits are not refundable • Clients are allowed one appointment reschedule. Any additional reschedules will require a new deposit. Late Arrivals: • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule. The full fee will still apply. After 15 minutes, appointment will be cancelled if client does not reach out with 50% no show fee. En Touch of Rose Esthetics, valoramos su tiempo y el nuestro. Para brindar el mejor servicio a todos nuestros clientes y mantener un horario eficiente, le pedimos que respete nuestra política de cancelación. Cancelaciones y reprogramaciones: • Por favor, notifique con al menos 24 horas de anticipación para cancelar o reprogramar su cita. • Las cancelaciones realizadas con menos de 24 horas de anticipación tendrán un cargo del 50% del servicio programado. • Las inasistencias tendrán un cargo del 50% del precio del servicio. • Los depósitos no son reembolsables • Se permite reprogramar una cita una sola vez. Cualquier cambio adicional requerirá un nuevo depósito. Llegadas tarde: • Llegar con más de 15 minutos de retraso puede resultar en un servicio acortado o en la necesidad de reprogramar la cita. Se aplicará el cargo completo. Despues de 15 minutos, la cita cera cancelada si el/la clienta no se communica con el Pago de 50% por no llegar.
