At Touch of Rose Esthetics, we value your time and ours. To provide the best service to all clients and maintain an efficient schedule, we kindly ask that you respect our cancellation policy. Cancellations & Rescheduling: • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 40% charge of the scheduled service. • No-shows will be charged 50% of the service price. Late Arrivals: • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule. The full fee will still apply.
