CANCELLATION POLICY

At Touch of Rose Esthetics, we value your time and ours. To provide the best service to all clients and maintain an efficient schedule, we kindly ask that you respect our cancellation policy. Cancellations & Rescheduling: • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 40% charge of the scheduled service. • No-shows will be charged 50% of the service price. • Deposits are not refundable Late Arrivals: • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule. Cancelaciones y reprogramaciones: • Por favor, notifique con al menos 24 horas de anticipación para cancelar o reprogramar su cita. • Las cancelaciones realizadas con menos de 24 horas de anticipación tendrán un cargo del 40% del servicio programado. • Las inasistencias tendrán un cargo del 50% del precio del servicio. • Los depósitos no son reembolsables Llegadas tarde: • Llegar con más de 15 minutos de retraso puede resultar en un servicio acortado o en la necesidad de reprogramar la cita. Se aplicará el cargo completo.
